<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform feedback control of winding temperature having both of stability and responsiveness even when the speed of a steel sheet is rapidly accelerated and decelerated. <P>SOLUTION: As a dynamic control means 120 of a winding temperature control device 100, a first correcting means 122 by which the deviation of winding temperature is detected and manipulated variables complying with usual feedback control is output and a second correcting means 123 by which manipulated variables proportioned to the winding temperature are provided and the final manipulated variable is output by selecting a proper correcting means by taking the speed of the steel sheet or the like as a guide, or the final manipulated variable of a cooling system is output by composing the outputs of two correcting means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
