<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein, although an area (data print area) prepared for the display/printing of received print data in an output format (output picture) is defined in a form created by a form design program on a computer system or the like generally on the basis of the size of a character string in the output picture, the output picture is merely a character string representing the output format/size of the print data, and as for some actually received print data, the print result may be different from what is expected in the influence of set printing attributes and the form must be redesigned. <P>SOLUTION: A user interface is provided for an easy definition of the size of an optimum data print area considering print data at form design. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
