<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the handleability of a filler by reducing the adhesion of the filler to be used for filling a void portion such as a cavity. <P>SOLUTION: This filler to be used for filling the void portion such as the cavity comprises water, cement, fly ash, incombustible lightweight aggregate, and a thickening material. In such a constitution, two-part VISCOTOP (R) is used as the thickening material. Perlite of a component composition can be easily ion-bound with the VISCOTOP (R). Thus, the VISCOTOP (R) is added to and kneaded with composition components except the perlite; subsequently, the perlite is added to them; and they are kneaded together.
