PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data update processor, a data update processing method and a data update processing program for efficiently performing update of a database or program data used in a client terminal. SOLUTION: When a program is started, a client terminal 10A transmits a request for requesting version information to other client terminals 10B and 10C within the same network. When a client terminal which possesses the latest version is the other client terminal connected to this network N10, the client terminal 10A executes replication request processing to the client terminal which possesses the latest version. On the other hand, when the client terminal 10A itself possesses the latest version, the client terminal 10A performs replication processing using a latest data storage part 20 through a network N20.
