PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vane pump capable of efficiently delivering fluid to a discharge port side by vanes. SOLUTION: A rotor 5 has a plurality of vanes 13 in the peripheral direction. A volume chamber 11 is formed between an inner peripheral surface of a rotor chamber 2 and an outer peripheral surface of the rotor 5. A casing 1 is provided with a suction port 3 communicating with the rear side in the rotational direction of the rotor 5 of the volume chamber 11. A discharge port 4 communicating with a front side part in the rotational direction of the rotor 5 of the volume chamber 11, is formed in at least one of an inner bottom surface of the rotor chamber 2 positioned on both outside in the rotary shaft direction of the rotor 5. An actuation chamber 15 is formed by partitioning the volume chamber 11 by the vanes 13 projecting from the outer peripheral surface of the rotor 5. A fluid delivery surface 16 inclined to be positioned outside in the rotary shaft direction of the rotor 5 toward the rear side in the rotational direction of the rotor 5, is formed on a surface opposed to the inner bottom surface forming a discharge port 4 of the rotor chamber 2 at a tip part of the vane 13.
