PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen pump which exhibits stable purifying power and the purification throughput capacity of which can be increased. SOLUTION: The oxygen pump is provided with: a solid electrolyte cylindrical body 30 having oxygen ion conductivity; electrodes arranged on the inside and outside surfaces of the solid electrolyte cylindrical body 30; and a heating means 31 for heating the solid electrolyte cylindrical body. A plurality of solid electrolyte cylindrical bodies 30 are arranged side by side at a predetermined interval. A planar heater 43 constituting the heating means 31 is arranged on at least one of the front surface side and back surface side of a cylindrical body group 29 composed of the plurality of solid electrolyte cylindrical bodies 30 so that the planar heater 43 and the cylindrical body group are opposed to each other.
