PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide butting structure for a vehicle trim capable of mounting ends of trim divided bodies in a state that the ends are made to approach a vehicle body. SOLUTION: Brackets 5 are provided in portions on back faces of the trim divided bodies 3, 4 adjacent to each other with an abutting part L sandwiched. Insertion parts 6 are formed between the brackets 5 and the back faces of the trim divided bodies 3, 4, and insertion pieces 9 of an insertion body 8 are inserted into the insertion parts 6, respectively. This structure can prevent the generation of a step on the ends of the abutting part L of the trim divided bodies 3, 4. Since the insertion pieces 9 of the insertion body 8 are inserted from the inner side of the trim 1 to the insertion parts 6 formed at the back face sides of the trim divided bodies 3, 4, this structure reduces a space in the thickness direction of the trim divided bodies 3, 4, and the fitting can be performed with the ends 3a, 4a of the trim divided bodies 3, 4 approaching a door body panel 2. Since coming-off prevention means are projections 7 formed on the back faces of the trim divided bodies 3, 4 and engaged with ends of the insertion body 8 in the side opposite to the insertion direction, the structure can be simplified.
