PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a truck which can be applied to a freezing/refrigerating vehicle handling fully-fledged freeze-transporting commodities, and facilitate loading work. SOLUTION: Concerning the truck 1 mounting a deck 4 having a box-shaped heat insulating structure on a chassis frame 3 behind a cap 2, right and left side wall upper parts and right and left roof parts in a latter half area 3B of the deck 4 are developed upward as a pair of wings 16 having an L-shaped cross section, and right and left side wall lower parts are developed downward as gate 18. A first half area 4A of the deck 4 is defined from the latter half area 4B by an opening/closing partition 13, and constituted to be suitably refrigerated as a freezer/refrigerator.
