PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the deformation of an upper rail when a vehicle receives impact in a vehicle body fore-and-aft direction, while a seat is moved so as to project to a vehicle body front side in regard to a lower rail. SOLUTION: The upper rail 3 to which a vehicular seat is fixed slides in a vehicle body fore-and-aft direction through a lower roller 25 and spherical elements 27 provided on both of right and left sides of an upper part, in regard to the lower rail 1 fixed on a vehicle floor. On the inside of a corner portion 3g which is a border part between an upper rail bottom wall 3b and a tilting wall 3c of the upper rail 3, a bar-shaped reinforcing rod member 39 functioning as a reinforcing member is provided, thereby preventing bending deformation to the inside of the tilting wall 3c.
