PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately improve the interior environment of a cabin in which an occupant is seated in a front row seat disposed on a floor panel of the cabin or a back row seat positioned in the rear of the front row seat by adjusting the positional relation between the front row seat and the back row seat. SOLUTION: In this vehicle, the front row seat 3 and the back row seat 7 are disposed on the floor panel 8 of the cabin, and the back row seat 7 is composed of a plurality of split seats 5 provided side by side in the vehicle width direction. The seat device for the vehicle is equipped with a lift up mechanism 11 for supporting at least one of the split seats 5 composing the back row seat 7 to be movable in the forward/rearward direction, and lifting the split seat 5 obliquely upward according to its forward movement, and an assist mechanism for biasing the split seat 5 upward toward a front part of the vehicle body.
