<p>The sensor has multiple antennae (10) e.g. patch antenna, for sending and/or receiving high frequency signals in particular signals in a frequency range of 1 to 8 Gigahertz. The antennae are arranged on a low temperature cofired ceramics (LTCC) substrate (12). Each patch antenna has an edge length less than or equivalent to 1 centimeter. Electronic elements (14) such as resistors, condensers or coils are directly integrated on the LTCC substrate.</p>
