HIGH SCREENING METHOD FOR NEMATICIDE TO B. XYLOPHILUS, DIPLO- SCAPTER AND C. ELEGANS

The present invention relates to a high screening method for nematicide to B. xylophilus, Diploscapters, and C. elegans. The method of the present invention includes the step of verifying whether respective 1000 nematodes of B. xylophilus, Diploscapters and C. elegans are alive or paralyzed or dead by testing compounds of interest using 96-well plates, comparing the verified result with a result from the drug tests of Emamectin benzoate, Abamectin and Morantel tartrate as a control group and testing the effects of antinematodal drugs on B. xylophilus, Diploscapters, and C. elegans. According to the present invention, a large number of chemicals having potential antinematodal effect against B. xylophilus and Diploscapters can be tested quickly in a laboratory to thereby increase the efficiency and reproducibility of whole screening process.
