A heat exchanger for an air conditioner is provided to prevent pressure of air introduced to an inlet of a fin from being lost by allowing the distance between a virtual eccentric line and the inlet of the fin and the difference of radiuses of tubes to be greater than a preset value. A heat exchanger for an air conditioner comprises a plurality of tubes(11,13) through which refrigerant flows, and a fin(20). The fin includes a plurality of areas defined from an air inlet and an air outlet and at least one of the tubes passes through each area. At least one of the tubes, which are disposed in one of the areas, is eccentrically disposed toward an inlet of the area as compared with an outlet of the area. The area includes a first region(w1) and a second region(w2) located adjacently to the outlet of the fin as compared with the first region. The tubes disposed in the first region are eccentrically disposed toward the inlet of the first region. The tubes disposed in the second region are disposed on a virtual center line(C2) of the second region.
