MOISTURE-CURING REACTIVE POLYURETHANE HOT MELT ADHESIVE COMPOSITION, AND A METHOD THEREOF

A moisture curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive composition, and a method for preparing the composition are provided to improve initial adhesive strength, to reduce solidification time and to lower working temperature. A moisture curing reactive polyurethane hot melt adhesive composition comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane resin containing organic/inorganic nanoclay. Preferably the thermoplastic polyurethane resin comprises 50-90 parts by weight of a polyester polyol; 10-40 parts by weight of an isocyanate compound; 5 parts by weight or less of organic/inorganic nanoclay; and optionally 10 parts by weight or less of a chain extender.
