The present application describes organic compounds of formula (I), where in m is 0 or 1; n is 0 or 1; A1, A2, A3 and A4 are each, independently, C, C (H) or N; that are useful for the treatment and therapies for protein kinase -associated disorders. They are in particular useful in the treatment or pre vention on amelioration of one or more symptoms of cancer, inflammation, car diac hypertrophy, and HIV by modulating the activity of protein kinases, suc h as CDK1, CDK2, CDK3, CDK4, CDK5, CDK6, CDK7, CDK8 and CDK9, and combinatio ns thereof.
