<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel the execution of unnecessary inhibit control after determining the moving direction of a vehicle when executing inhibit control without providing a special sensor. <P>SOLUTION: An ECU executes a program which includes a step (S106) of calculating a synchronous rotating speed NS(2) of a MG(2) 140A after cancelling D-inhibit control when the D-inhibit control is in motion (YES in S102), a step (S108) of giving positive rotation to the MG(2) 140A at the synchronous rotating speed NS(2), a step (S110) of putting each clutch and each brake into semi-engaging conditions after cancelling the D-inhibit control, a step (S114) of calculating a change amount ΔNIN of an input shaft rotating speed NIN, and a step (S120) of cancelling the D-inhibit control after determining that the vehicle is moved forward (S118) when the change amount ΔNIN of the input shaft rotating speed NIN is smaller than a threshold value A (YES in S116). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
