<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing sterilized dried bean curd by which palate feeling of dried bean curd can be maintained even when sterilizing the dried bean curd, and to provide a method for sterilizing dried bean curd. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing sterilized dried bean curd and the method for sterilizing dried bean curd each comprises making the dried bean curd and antioxidant coexist to sterilize the dried bean curd under such coexistence. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
