<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaner less type image forming apparatus capable of reducing the unevenness in the density of a half-tone image. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes: a photoreceptor 3K; a charging roller 7K means uniformly charging the surface thereof; an optical writing unit writing a latent image in the surface of the photoreceptor 3K after the uniform charging (not shown); a development device 40K means developing the latent image on the surface of the photoreceptor 3K, so as to obtain a K toner image; a transferring unit transferring the K toner image on the surface of the photoreceptor 3K to an intermediate transferring belt 61; and a brush member 12K capturing the residual toner after transferring stuck to the surface of the photoreceptor 3K before the progress to the development stage by the development device 40K after being passed through the transferring stage by the transferring unit, and where the residual toner after transferring in the brush member 12K is retransferred to the surface of the photoreceptor 3K, and is then recovered to the inside of the development device 40K, as the photoreceptor 3K, the one having the arithmetic average surface roughness Ra of 0.014 to 0.600 [μm] is used. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
