<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the deterioration of performance of a power output device, when an operation mode which tends to increase the responsiveness of the output of a power, with respect to a driving force request operation is selected in a power output device equipped with an internal combustion engine and a motor. <P>SOLUTION: In a hybrid car 20 capable of traveling, in either the normal mode or the power mode, when at least either of motor temperature T1 or T2 is a reference motor temperature Tmref or higher, and the oil temperature Tatf of lubricating and cooling oil is a reference oil temperature Tfref or higher; and it is decided that the load restriction of the motors MG1 and MG2 are necessary, a mode flag Fmd is set to "0" so that the power, based on accelerator operation, can be output to a ring gear shaft 32a as a driving shaft, by using a map for setting an accelerator opening degree in the normal mode, regardless of the selected state of the operation mode by a driver (steps S300 to S340). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
