<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle management method allowing suppression of introduction cost of a DSRC (Dedicated Short Range Communication) system by reducing the number of installed DSRC wireless machines in entrance/exit management of a vehicle, and allowing efficient practical use of a garage space without separately providing a path for an entrance and a path for an exit. <P>SOLUTION: In this vehicle management method, when a taxi vehicle 2 passes a roadside DSRC wireless machine 6 connected to a management PC 19, the roadside DSRC wireless machine 6 and an on-vehicle DSRC wireless machine 11 loaded in the taxi vehicle 2 performs communication, and an entrance/exit state of the taxi vehicle 2 is managed.
