<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power system which couples the constant-speed operation of an engine to a device making variable speed control. <P>SOLUTION: During a process in which an engine 100 is started from a stationary state and driven as it is accelerated from low speed, the engine 100 is controlled to operate at constant speed or at speeds close to constant speed in a rotation speed range where net fuel consumption rate is higher. Also, a front transmission 102 making variable speed control in a positive way, either continuously or non-continuously, is driven from the output end of the engine, so that during a process in which the engine is started from the output end and driven as it is accelerated from low speed and when the operation is driven, fuel is saved on by operating the engine in a rotation speed range in which net fuel consumption rate is relatively high. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
