<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly and efficiently plan a complicated cleaning process required to take various elements in response to an objective production facility, a production environmental condition, a production item, a production method and the like, into consideration, when planning a production schedule in a production system. <P>SOLUTION: In this cleaning work allocation method, a production plan 400 including preparatory work 410, production work 420, posterior work 430 and the like is displayed on a Gantt chart display part 152 of a cleaning work allocation operation screen 151, and cleaning work 440 is allocated while taking a condition such as the presence of an unoccupied space, an interference with a nonworking time zone 450, a kind of the cleaning work 440 due to a working content of the production work 420, and an execution of the cleaning work 440 within a CIP unexecuted allowance time, into consideration, when a user inserts the cleaning work 440 by a selection menu 154 of a pop-up menu 153 before the preparatory work 410 or after the posterior work 430. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
