PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate pretreatment of an insert on molding a resin foam and prevent occurrence of cracks in the outer periphery of a resin foam corresponding to edges of the flange of the insert on molding the resin foam. SOLUTION: A flange 20 protruding outward from a cup-shaped insert 13 in the lateral direction is formed. A resin-made cover 22 covering the upper surface 20a and the edge 20b of the flange 20 is arranged above the flange 20.
