PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anchor including an anti-rotational structure suitable for fixing a building element on a concrete foundation, in particular, a post-installation anchor used together with a bore drilled in advance and fixed in the bore with an adhesive. SOLUTION: An adhesive insert includes a first end and a second end, and has a threaded section provided on the first end and having a circular cross-section. A securing section is provided on the second end, and includes an anti-rotational structure formed inside and resisting rotation of the insert under a cyclic load caused by a building element.
