PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a software development support device capable of, without deteriorating simulation accuracy, enhancing performance of the simulation environment and performing the simulation in real time. SOLUTION: The device is composed of a simulator comprising an operation device 1 for outputting the operation signal in a designated cycle and displaying a simulation result based on the data input from the simulator, an arithmetic-processing part 4 for executing software as an evaluation target according to the operation signal; and a signal conversion processing part 5 for conversion processing of the processed signal input to a simulator 3 from outside asynchronously with the designated cycle and storing the conversion processed data in a data memory part, and transferring the stored data to the buffer memory of the arithmetic-processing part 4 in a block. The arithmetic processing part 4 is equipped with a process control part 4B for initiating the evaluation target software to the data transferred to the buffer memory in block.
