PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication network service system capable of guaranteeing greater reliability by adopting a technique for developing services by loosely combining functions that are incorporated into Web services, such as SOA, in a communication network requiring high reliability. SOLUTION: The communication network service system has a service platform provided between a communication network and an information network. The service platform has a service orchestration function part for providing coordinated services to a communication terminal or an information terminal according to a request from the terminal, and a service bus-enabled function part for executing protocol conversion and data conversion between the communication network and the information network in the coordinated services provided by the service orchestration function part. The service bus-enabled function part has an active portion and a spare portion and executes synchronization and vital monitoring between the active portion and the spare portion.
