PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic flowmeter capable of controlling the boundary layer of a fluid in a flow passage, and capable of enhancing precision in a flowmeter side. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic flowmeter 10/20 has a flow measuring part 4 having an inner wall 40 for defining the flow passage 9 of a liquid to be measured, and at least one ultrasonic oscillator 1a, 1b provided on the inner wall 40 of the measuring part 4 to transmit and/or receiving an ultrasonic wave.
