PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering method of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid for efficiently and safely separating and recovering the hydrofluoric acid and the hydrochloric acid at reusable purity and concentration from a mixed acid of hydrofluoric acid/hydrochloric acid/H<SB>x</SB>PO<SB>y</SB>F<SB>z</SB>(1≤x≤3, 0≤y≤4, 0≤z≤6). SOLUTION: The inventive recovering method of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid is a recovering method of hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid for separating and recovering the hydrofluoric acid and the hydrochloric acid respectively from a mixed acid containing hydrofluoric acid, hydrochloric acid and H<SB>x</SB>PO<SB>y</SB>F<SB>z</SB>(1≤x≤3, 0≤y≤4, 0≤z≤6), wherein the method is characterized by containing a first distilling step for distilling the mixed acid and for separating hydrogen chloride from the mixed acid as a distillate, a second distilling step for distilling a bottom product obtained in the first distilling step and for separating hydrofluoric acid as a distillate and H<SB>x</SB>PO<SB>y</SB>F<SB>z</SB>(1≤x≤3, 0≤y≤4, 0≤z≤6) as a bottom product, and an absorbing step for recovering hydrochloric acid by allowing the distillate obtained in the first distilling step to be absorbed into water.
