PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce material expense and packing expense by using a cardboard box for a packing material on the top surface side as a cushioning material, and to prevent the complication of the structure of a packing apparatus and the reduction of packing efficiency caused by assembling accessories or the like into the packing apparatus separately and simplify a packing style. SOLUTION: The structure allows the packing materials 2 having the cushioning material 4 inside a tray 3 formed of the cardboard box to be mounted on the top surface side and the bottom surface side of an equipment and allows a band to be tied around the packing materials. In the packing material on the top surface side, the cardboard box with a size covering the whole area of the tray formed of the cardboard box is stored inside the tray formed of the cardboard box with the cushioning materials arranged on four sides as the cushioning material.
