PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire capable of enhancing the productivity of the pneumatic tire having a surface fastener provided to its inner surface and capable of avoiding the lowering of uniformity. SOLUTION: When a green tire having the surface fastener 12 provided to its inner surface along the peripheral direction of the tire is molded, a cylindrical first molded object 22 having the surface fastener 12 intermittently attached to its inner peripheral surface thereof is formed on a molding drum 21 and, after the molding drum 21 is detached from the first molded object 22, the first molded object 22 is expanded into a toroidal shape to be bonded to the inner peripheral side of an annular second bonded object 24 under pressure to mold the green tire.
