X-RAY TOMOGRAPHIC APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tomographic apparatus capable of reconfiguring a dual energy image in which influences of position shift are minimized and showing a part where the position shift has occurred. SOLUTION: The X-ray tomographic apparatus has an X-ray generator 101 for generating low-energy X-rays and high-energy X-rays which have different energies from each other and an X-ray detector 103 placed opposite to the X-ray generator. The tomographic apparatus is provided with: a photography part 100 where the X-ray passing a subject is detected by the X-ray detector; a control unit 23 capable of controlling the photography part so that the low-energy X-rays and high-energy X-rays irradiate an identical tomographic position of the subject many more times; and an image reconfiguration part 21 for reconfiguring a dual energy image on the basis of projection data obtained by irradiation of the low-energy X-rays and high-energy X-rays over many times.
