PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a situation where: a device for throwing a cuttlefish fishing hook mainly used nowadays is large and very obstructive in a narrow boat, while it is very dangerous, as a weight must be thrown forward with all one's strength in throwing and the device stops on the way when the strength is weak, and is difficult to handle; and when installing the cuttlefish fishing hook, it is necessary to throw the hook with the strength into a cylinder and when the cylinder becomes wet, the difficulty becomes remarkable and so forth. SOLUTION: The device has a main body structure which can be folded to be small, is installed with a function for fixing the device to a boat side and has performance for easily throwing the cuttlefish fishing hook by a holder unit 3 and a fixing unit 4, and main fishing line-installing units 6, 14 for certainly fixing a long main fishing line 23.
