The square shaped metal can for vacuum dried fruit pieces (4), comprises an inner hollow cavity (1) including a dose cover (2), an openable dose closure and dried fruit pieces arranged in the inner cavity of the metal can. The residue humidity of the fruit pieces above the first opening of the metal can is less than 5 %. The fruit pieces are dried fruit and/or dried berries. The openable dose closure is detachably connected along the edge of extent of an opening of the dose cover with the metal can. The dose cover has a first cover-part (6) and a second-cover part (7). The dose closure has a plastic auxiliary cover for relocking of the metal can and/or a handle. |
