The brake (2) has a constant voltage producing circuit continuously supplying an activated coil at fixed time duration with direct current having constant voltage with energy in order to tighten an anchor (1) on a yoke, if braking energy is switched on. A voltage control circuit (12) periodically supplies the coil by switching signals with the direct current having the constant voltage with the energy in order to obtain a detached condition of the brake in an upright manner. The anchor is tightened on the yoke, after running out of the fixed time duration.
