TEMPERATURE CONTROL APPARATUS FOR ELECTRIC HEATING MATTRESSES

A temperature control apparatus for electric heating mattresses is provided to reduce power consumption thereof by utilizing a DC(Direct Current) voltage as a driving voltage. An electric heating mattress(10) is heated by a DC voltage. An adjusting switch(20) outputs a power on/off signal, a temperature control signal, and a utilization reservation signal. A temperature display unit(30) displays a temperature level coefficient corresponding to the temperature control signal. A rectifier switching unit(40) outputs a rectifier switching signal according to a heating signal corresponding to the temperature control signal. A heat sink(50) radiates heats. A switching unit temperature sensor(60) detects temperature of the heat sink. A heating power supply unit(70) outputs the DC voltage for the electric heating mattress. A mattress temperature sensor(80) outputs a heat sense signal when the temperature of the electric heating mattress is more than a reference value. A micom(90) displays a temperature level coefficient on the temperature display unit, outputs a heating signal for heating the electric heating mattress, and stops operation of the rectifier switching unit and the heating power supply unit according to operation conditions.
