An organic electroluminescence display device is provided to smoothly flow current when driving a sub pixel through resistance reduction as much as half percentage of a shared area by allowing the adjacent sub pixels to share a power line. First and second substrates are bonded to each other. A gate line is formed on the first substrate. A power line(135) is spaced apart from the gate line. A data line(115) vertically crosses the gate line to define a pixel divided into four sub pixels. A second power line is formed between the adjacent gate lines or between the adjacent data lines to be shared by the adjacent sub pixels. A switching thin film transistor or a driving thin film transistor is formed in the sub pixel. A contact electrode is connected to a drain electrode of the driving thin film transistor. A first electrode and an organic light emitting layer are sequentially stacked on the second substrate. A second electrode is formed on the organic light emitting layer to be connected to the contact electrode. |
