A method for preparing electroconductive particles is provided to increase electroconductivity of a nickel thin film and interfacial adhesiveness between the nickel thin film and polymer powder. A method for preparing electroconductive particles(50) includes the steps of: (i) preparing a polymer powder; (ii) performing electroless plating using a phosphorous-based reducing agent, thereby preparing nickel-coated powder having a nickel thin film formed on the surface of the polymer powder; and (iii) heat-treating the nickel-coated powder to reduce a content of phosphorous contained in the nickel thin film to 2wt% or less based on the total weight of the nickel thin film.
