A fixation device for measuring an insulation resistance of a battery is provided to secure reproduction repeatability for a plurality of test samples without constructing a complicated circuit to decompose the test samples or connect a resistance measurement device and a control device. A fixation device for measuring an insulation resistance of a battery includes a base plate(100), a lower jig, and an upper jig(300). The base plate mounts the battery. The lower jig includes a metal layer connection unit in contact with an end of an outer circumferential surface of a thermal fusion sealing unit of the battery and a probe connection unit in contact with a measurement probe of a resistance measurement device, and is fixed to one side of the base plate while the battery is mounted on the base plate. The upper jig detachably fixes the thermal fusion sealing unit while the battery is mounted on the base plate.
