An organic-inorganic hybrid polymer, and a method for preparing the polymer are provided to improve heat resistance and photopolymerization reactivity and to prevent the deterioration of yield due to the removing process of by-product. An organic-inorganic hybrid polymer is prepared by photopolymerizing hydrosilane and an acrylic compound in a ratio of 1 : 0.8 to 1 : 8.0 by weight and is represented by the formula 1, wherein R1 is H, a halogen atom, a C1-C5 alkyl group or a C1-C5 alkoxy group; R2 is H or a C1-C3 alkyl group; R3 is H, a C1-C7 alkyl group, a C1-C5 hydroxyalkyl group, an amino group or a C1-C5 aminoalkyl group; and x, y and n are an integer of 1-1,000.
