A light emitting diode panel assembly is provided to prevent a discharge caused by an external vibration by coupling a main frame to an advertisement panel having a plurality of light emitting elements which are electrically coupled. A light emitting diode panel assembly includes a bus wall body, a fixing member(40), a main frame, a bracket, a base cover(22), a side cover, at least one elastic unit(30), and a plurality of supporting units(44). The fixing member is fixed as connection member on the bus wall body. The main frame has a base cap and a side cap which couple the fixing member and an LED advertisement panel to the bus wall body. The bracket is coupled to the fixing member and is located between the base cap and the side cap. The base cover and the side cove are rotatably coupled to the outer surface of the base cap and the side cap. The elastic unit is arranged between the base cover which connects the base cap, and is arranged between the side cover which connects the side cap. The supporting units are coupled to the main frame, and support the main frame and the LED advertisement panel.
