A composition is provided to show high elution rate under the acidic condition and improved stability at room temperature, thereby being effectively used for improving and treating sexual dysfunction without side effects. A composition for treating sexual dysfunction comprises 15-30 wt.% of a pyrrolopyrimidinone compound hydrochloride represented by a formula(1) and 2-15 wt.% of croscarmellose sodium or crospovidone. The composition further comprises a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient and a lubricant.
