A sense amplifier screen circuit and a screen method thereof are provided to screen operation characteristics of a sense amplifier easily, by controlling a bit line precharge voltage with a high level or a low level through a test mode signal. A test mode signal generation unit(10) generates a test mode signal. A voltage control unit controls a bit line precharge voltage according to the test mode signal. A driving control unit controls bit line equalization and driving of a sense amplifier according to the test mode signal. The test mode signal generation unit includes a test mode signal generation part generating a first and a second test mode signal, and a logic part(12) generating a third test mode signal by performing OR operation of the first and the second test mode signal.
