<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form the almost entire lunch box from aluminum, to improve the attaching form of a flap, to easily and efficiently attach the flap, and to maintain a stable pivotally connected state without letting the attached state of the flap get loose even if the operation of turning the flap is repeated. <P>SOLUTION: In the configuration that the turnable flaps 4 are pivoted to bearing members 12 provided on both sides of the top plate body 3 of the lunch box, a rivet main body 43 is inserted into the pivoting hole 15 of the bearing member 12 through a through-hole 27 formed on the bracket part 26 of the flap 4, the shaft part 41 of the rivet body 43 is increased in its diameter, deformed, and fixedly press-contact with the inner surface of the pivoting hole 15 to turnably pivot the bracket part 26 through the through-hole 27, and a gap t is formed between a flange part 42 and the bracket part 26. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
