<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constitution enabling to take a second-best countermeasure even in the case that job information of a specific kind is not normally shown. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming device is constituted by having a means of obtaining the printing job sent from a superior device (S10), determining whether or not the job information of the specific kind includes characters which can not be shown in a display means when showing the job information of the specific kind corresponding to the obtained printing job (S20), and showing the job information of another kind with fewer characters which can not be shown than the job information of the specific kind in the display means in place of the job information of the specific kind when it is determined that the characters which can not shown are included (S40). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
