<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system in which a viewer gives a direction to generate a partial content to a server device or the like as a copyright holder, and another viewer can see the created partial content using a mobile terminal device or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When the viewer who purchases a content from the server device generates a partial content generation command information including a content reproduction start time and an ending time using the mobile terminal device or the like, and sends the generated information and an address of the other viewer to the server device, the server device as the copyright holder generates the partial content in accordance with the information, and sends an e-mail including the location information of a storage of the partial content to the address of the other viewer.
