<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inventory arrangement planning method for easily acquiring a solution of an arrangement plan in a short time in arranging a raw material and products in a yard at each block. <P>SOLUTION: The solution of the arrangement plan satisfying constraint conditions is computed based on the present arranged situation of the yard and the arrival and shipment of the raw material. When an initial solution which satisfies the constraint conditions is acquired, an optimal solution is acquired from the initial solution according to an objective function. When the initial solution which satisfies the constraint conditions is not acquired, the constraint conditions are relaxed to acquire a relaxed solution of inventory arrangement, and the optimal solution is computed based on it. To compute the optimal solution, a mixed integer planning method or a constraint propagation method is adopted depending on the number of variables. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
