<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printed circuit board whose reliability of connection can be improved while keeping maintenance property. <P>SOLUTION: The printed circuit board 8 includes a printed wiring board 10 and an electronic component 20. The electronic component 20 has an almost-cubic-shaped component body 21 and a plurality of solder balls 23 located on its lower surface 21b. The printed wiring board 10 has a plurality of pads 11 on which the solder balls 23 of the electronic component 20 are mounted. The electronic component 20 and the printed wiring board 10 are joined by a bonding member 30 each other.
