SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING ROAD GUIDE INFORMATION IN COMPOSITE SERVICE FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a most efficient movement order to interesting service facilities for an individual in movement within a first-visited composite service facility or a composite service facility with frequency arrangement change.

SOLUTION: The system for providing road guide information within the facility comprises a database for managing individuals; a radio machine for transmitting information specifying the individuals within the facility; a receiver for receiving the information; a management database for managing the receiving positions in time series for each individual; a database for classifying services within the facility to categories and managing arrangement information thereof; a means for cross-checking the arrangement information with the receiving position and estimating interesting service facilities for the individuals from the staying times near service facilities within the facility; a means for calculating an efficient movement order between service facilities for the interesting service facilities for the individuals from the estimation; and a means for providing the information together with the arrangement information. According to this, a movement order between service facilities an individual possibly wants to use in a first-visited facility is provided.
