SYSTEM, PROGRAM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING INFORMATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information provision system providing a user with a suitable subject by reflecting dynamic information of the subject not quantified as statistic information.

SOLUTION: The information provision system includes an information provision server 100 for providing the subject of statistic information suited to the user via a user terminal 200 connectable to a network. The information provision system further includes a statistic information database 112 for storing the statistic information; a statistic evaluation value calculation means 103 for calculating the statistic evaluation value of each subject using the statistic information; a user evaluation information database 114 for storing user evaluation information in which the subject is arbitrarily evaluated by a plurality of people having or not having relation with the subject; a user evaluation value calculation means 110 for calculating the user evaluation value of each subject obtained by using the user evaluation information; and a subject extraction control means 104 for calculating a first evaluation value including the above statistic evaluation value and the user evaluation value at a predetermined ratio, and for extracting the subject suited to the user using the first evaluation value.
