摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of measuring high-speed irreversible reactions. <P>SOLUTION: The method for measuring irreversible reaction has: a perturbation applying process (S14) for dividing a sample to be measured into a plurality of regions to subject the same to irreversible reaction and measurement and applying perturbation to the divided regions positioned on a measuring light path, in a state where the moving mirror of a Fourier-transform spectrophotometer is set stationary at a measuring data point to bring about the irreversible reaction; a detection process (S16) for detecting the interferogram from the divided regions on the light path at each predetermined time from the application of perturbation; a measuring data point setting process (S10) for moving the moving mirror to the next data-measuring point, after the reaction of the divided parts on the light path reaches a terminal point; a sample-setting process (S12) for changing the divided regions on the light path at each time, when the moving mirror is moved to the next data measuring point; and a data processing process (S20) for analyzing the irreversible reaction of the sample to be measured, on the basis of the interferogram data obtained by repeating the respective processes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p>
